No, you would need a flash drive that is compatible with iPhone to do this. Those flash drives have a regular USB port and a Lightning Connection so you can plug it directly into the iPhone. On the Best Buy website, just search "Flash drive for iphone" and you will see several selections.

I think you’ll need to transfer your iPhone’s photos and videos to your Mac/PC first and then you can copy those media files onto the Sandisk flash drive. Also, please be aware that you may need to format the Sandisk first depending on whether you have a Mac or a PC and that certain large media files may not copy onto this drive.
