Return it! If it says 128GB but isn't, someone mismarked it in production. When you check its properties, does it show a total of 32GB or does it show that's all that is available? If it shows that is the total size, then take it back.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried partitioning it? Maybe it's just the filesystem that is wrongly partitioned.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can try to help. Ok. If you uploaded anything at all to the flash drive, and then deleted it from the flash drive, lets say you had a ton of pictures that you transferred onto it and then deleted them from the flash drive, you would have to go to your trash bin and delete those files from the trash bin as well. I had this issue when I would transfer PS4 gameplay footage onto my flash drive, then plug the drive into my MacBook Pro to transfer the files to an external hard drive (4 TB). I would have the files transferred and then delete them from the flash drive, however it would say that I still only had like 2 GB on the device even though I had deleted them. With some playing around I found out that I had to empty or delete the files from my Trashcan/bin in order for the files to be freed up on the device. Hope that helps.
