It is probably formatted with the wrong file system. Mostly like it is formatted with Fat32 or Fat16. Change to NTFS. Open file explorer, right click on the flash drive, choose format, change file system to NTFS then click format. After you should be good to go.

Please try again later.Hi, please be informed that all the USB Drives of 64GB capacity and above are pre-formatted in the exFAT File System which supports transferring files larger than 4GB per file. Hence, you should not be facing an issue while transferring a 7GB file in this USB Drive. However, there is a possibility that the File System of this USB Drive had been changed to FAT32 by a device/ software/ user. The FAT32 File System does not support transferring files larger than 4GB per file which could be a reason that you are facing this issue. In this case, formatting this USB Drive again in the exFAT File System should resolve the issue you are facing. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your drive format. If you are using MBR this would be your challenge as they only work in 4gb blocks. Swap over to GPT and you should be golden.
