I was able to with my wife’s Lincoln using SYNC. recommend checking with car manufacturers but you shouldn’t have any problems. I converted from CD to mp3 and other formats through iTunes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You could export your music collection from iTunes as MP3 files and play them in your car. However if you just copy the files and they had been converted or reformatted to the M4A format, they will not play in the car. You can only play M4A files in your car THROUGH an iPhone using the USB port. However most newer cars will play MP3 (or WMA which is not recommended) formats. I carry over 2500 songs on a 32 gb drive in my car every day! It barely fills up a quarter of the space.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can transfer Music Files from your computer to this USB Drive and then use it you Car Stereo to listen music. However, in order to know how to transfer Music Files using iTunes from your computer, we would suggest you to contact Apple Support so that the music files you transfer are in the file format which is supported by your Car Stereo.
