• There's an application in your Galaxy phone called "My Files." If you have the flash drive inserted to your phone and launch the application you should be able to see it as one of the storage spaces. To transfer your photos, go to their location (Usually in: Internal Storage/DCIM) press on them until they are checked and on the top right corner of the screen there are three vertical dots which will allow you to copy or move the pictures over to the flash drive.

• Put small end into phone. Then put usb end into computer. Click on file and save. That should work.
