Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are several small programs you can download free online that will format your flash drive to FAT32. Also using Windows Operating System (like Window 10). Right click [Computer] then click [Manage.] Click [Disk Management] Choose your USB Drive, right click the mouse and choose [Format]. Click [Yes]. Name the Drive and select the file system as [FAT32]. Click [OK]. Click [OK]. You can find the format is FAT32.
