Hi, please be informed that all the USB Drives of 64GB capacity and above are pre-formatted in the exFAT File System which is not supported by most of the car stereos. In this case, formatting the USB Drive in the FAT32 File System should make your USB Drive work in your car stereo. Or, you can get a 32GB USB Drive and you would not get any of the afore-mentioned issues.
