What dose the white "lock" switch do? null

It basically locks this into read only mode so you can’t accidentally erase the data or anyone can’t edit the data on it.

Hi, please allow us to inform you that there is a Lock switch on the left side of the SD card. Make sure the Lock switch is slid up (unlock position). You will not be able to modify or delete the contents on the memory card if it is locked.
