A:AnswerThey come with 2 different mounting plate sets. One set each for both the 100’s and the 300’s. I used my stands for 300’s. The 300’s are too heavy for the extension so they slowly collapse down the the unextended height until I put a black zip tie on each extension to hold them at the height I wanted
