A:AnswerHi there,
Sorry to hear that. This is very frustrating. Is your wall plate level both horizontally and vertically? Sometimes if it's not level it can shift a little. Please give us a shout at [email protected] or at 1-800-359-5520, we are happy to help with post-install adjustments.
Thanks,

A:AnswerYes when you put the TV onto the mount it can be moved some. The arm can also be moved in and out which helps to make it appear to be centered on the wall.
A:AnswerIt's not recommended to mount this mount to meatal studs. Full motion mounts are not recommend for metal stud install, the twisting and turning can warp the studs. I'd recommend a tilt or low profile for metal stud install. You will also need metal stud anchors to successfully mount to metal studs.

A:AnswerYes, this mount should be compatible with your TV. This mount can support your TV's 300x300mm VESA pattern and your TV is under the mount's 55lbs weight limit.

A:AnswerIf you are installing into a stud behind the 3/4" sheetrock then yes it will work. We do not recommend installing into only sheetrock it will not be able to support the weight of the mount and TV.

A:AnswerThere shouldn't be that much of an issue. The TV obviously has to fit in that corner. Other than that, ensure using a studfinder that your bolts are definitely going in the stud.
A:AnswerSafety strap on the back of the tv side of the mount. Pulling it will release the tv from its mount. 2 persons must be there when this happens to safely rermove the tv.
