Q: QuestionThe Specs only show two VESA patterns and the VESA pattern for the Samsung Frame 65" is not one of those two. Will this mount work with a Samsung Frame 65" (in other words, does it support the VESA pattern for a Samsung Frame 65")? Thanks!

Q: QuestionDoes the BLF328 mount have the ability to adjust its level post-installation? This common feature provides a Plus/Minus 3 to 5 Percent adjustment in other mounts.

Q: QuestionTwo questions; 1) are the mounting bolts/lags provided, if not, what do I need to buy at the hardware store? 2) once mounted, what is the measurement from the mounting bolts to the left & right edges?

Q: QuestionWill this TV wall mount fit the Samsung QN85Q90T, 85"? Will there be an issue with the power cord being in the way? Will I need spacers? Will the TV be too heavy for this TV mount to hold the tilt position steady and maintain max extension of 28"?

• A:Answer Yes I checked this TV weight and the mount limit and yes it will easly work with that TV. Power cord is easly tucked away but you can but a wall hole for all cords so all cords are fished down behind and out behind the drywall. TV is fine with this TV no matter how it is moved.

• A:Answer Yes Yes The mount weight is meanless it is the load the mount will hold. This wall mount will hold 125# TV. 85" TV are less than 125 and my 50 plasma is heavy but is still only 100# The mount has to heavy and strong to hold a 125# TV 21" out and to do this you need the 3 1/2" 4 bolts drilled and screwed into two 2x4 so it is best you do your home work and see if you have a wall to bolt this mount up.

Q: QuestionWhy is my box different? I bought this yesterday but the box says it only supports 42"-75" tvs up to 105 lbs. It has the same model number as this listing but all the information on the box is different. What is happening?

• A:Answer I'd return it. I have an 85" Samsung hung on mine. Before I mounted the TV itself I gradually put my entire body weight on it (235 lbs) and it held me up up just fine and now supports the TV just fine, even at full extension.

Q: Questionthe description of this model BLF328 in best buy calls it a swivel TV mount but the picture and the Sanus description of the BLF328 calls it a full motion. which is it? also whats the difference besides price of the BLF228 and BLF328?

• A:Answer Thanks for the question. Swivel and Full-Motion are essentially the same thing. Full-Motion means you can swivel your TV left and right and tilt it downward as well.
