No, this will not work like that, nor would any Lighting microphone. Apple does not let other Bluetooth products connect when using Lightning for audio, only their AirPods work and only with select apps, like Filmic Pro. Your best bet would be to look at the Saramonic SmartRig+Di and a wired lavalier like the Saramonic LavMic into the SmartRig+Di and have the headphone output of the SmartRig+Di plug into a speaker's 3.5mm input. Slightly antiquated, but would work when incorporating an iPhone. If you just need a mic into a powered speaker, there are a ton of products that Saramonic has that would work so much easier without an iPhone in the mix.
