YES! It 100% works with the M4 Mac Mini. I just purchased both together the other day and it's perfect.

That is what i use it for to work with my new MiniMac M4, to allow me to use my current Ilock USB key and USB drives.

I assume it's not listed because veneration for the M4 is on the bottom. You would be limiting by placing it on this.
