- Answer You don’t, as far as I understand, these are designed to adjust the resistance based on your rotation speed. Seems odd to me, but it just works and works very well for all levels.

QuestionWhat is is the size of the box? I have a Subaru Forester and need to make sure it’ll fit in the back and I can take it home. Delivery isn’t an option for me.

QuestionCan you stand while pedaling and/or using the arms like when riding a normal bike to go faster/uphill? One product pic looks like woman is sort of standing. But, some reviewers say the pedals broke and wondering if this is the reason why.

- Answer Hi Kim! Great question! The Schwinn Airdyne AD7 is designed to withstand a variety of workouts such as applying pressure on the pedals. We do recommend in the maintenance to tightened the pedals and crank arm area, at times and during use they tend to become loose depending on how you ride or how often. QuestionThis might be a silly question, but does the wheel attract and pull in dust, hair etc? How do you clean it out? I ask this bc we use floor fans and they get really dusty. Vegas is just a dusty town :(

- Answer I just happened to be looking at the wheel last night and was pleasantly surprised how clean it was, so when I saw this question, I thought I’d give my experience with it. We have Hardwood floors, kids and a dog. If, at some point we need to dust the wheel, I’m planning on using one of those spray duster’s.
