- Answer I cant seem to pair my phone via Bluetooth too this transmitter.. I have the same exact one and It seems the only way i can play music from my phone is with an aux cord.. Which is cool and all, But im tired of the messy look of cords everywhere especially when im charging my phone and playing music with the aux cord at the same time... Why wont my phone bluetooth pair too this transmitter instead of me having to be stuck using an Aux cord?? The stations from the transmitter too my radio are the same, theyre both on same channel, like i said playing music isnt a problem as long as i have the Auxiliary cord... And too boot, the screen is soo dark i can't a thing the transmitter says on it or see what its doing, i cant even tell if its in pair mode... Is there a button i press or hold down on the transmitter?? Is there a way i can bluetooth pair my phone to the device without its remote? Please help!!

QuestionI held down the channel button on this device (I thought I was holding down the next button. I wanted to see if holding down next would fast forward a song), since then it won't play music. It connects to my phone via Bluetooth, but no music. Any ideas?

QuestionMy scosche does not turn on when I plug it into the power outlet/cigarette lighter. I have already tried plugging and unplugging it as this has worked before, but it’s not cooperating now. How do I get it to turn on and why does it do this?

QuestionI have a cheap one for an older car ($7) which has terrible volume issues. I have to turn up the car stereo volume twice as high as I would for FM/XM to get the same volume level. I see many conflicting answers here. Assurance needed that it works well.

- Answer Yes. The transmitter only broadcasts on the frequency you’ve set on it. It shouldn’t interfere with any of the other FM stations as long as the one you’ve selected for the transmitter isn’t close to them. I set one of my car presets to the transmitter frequency, then I can use all of the others for my favorite local stations. BTW, I’ve had this transmitter for a month, and I really like it.

- Answer not sure if this will work but it might. did you try and reset the bluetooth? like clear it from all pairs. it sounds like its still paired up with your last device

- Answer All I did was put it into the output in my car, turned my bluetooth on on my tablet and hit search. I had to search it a couple of times, but the Scotche name popped up, I clicked on it, and they were synced.

- Answer Try a different frequency than the normal default one. Depending on the signal strength of your local towers determine the quality of the sound you receive! Hope this helps!

- Answer Sounds like you might need to update your app or settings. Unhook everything from Bluetooth and reconnect it if this does not work turn your iPad off and try to reload.
