We are sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you had with your Scosche Bluetooth FM transmitter. To better assist you our Customer Service Team would like to hear more about your specific concern(s). Perhaps we can offer troubleshooting assistance or provide you with a warranty replacement if necessary. The way an FM transmitter works requires the radio be tuned to a weak or "dead" unused frequency. If there is an active broadcast on the station you are attempting to use, audio from the active radio frequency will compete with yours and "bleed" into your audio. You'll hear the active radio frequency audio over the audio you are trying to play. The following product is backed by Scosche’s 3 year Limited Warranty and Scosche's Lifetime Tech Support. Please email our Customer Service Team at [email protected] with a link to this review, send us a message via our online chat support service located at the bottom right of our webpage or give us a call at 800 363 4490 extension 1, and we will arrange a swift resolution to your experience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can pick your station , press the CH button and when the LED display flashes you can skim to whatever channel is clearest
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because it needs to pick up on a station that is available. Once you find static station, turn knob on device to match the station on your vehicle. Once this happens, there will not be any noise.
