Will it work with otter box defender case null

With the magnet on the inside of the Otterbox, it is not strong enough to hold the case on the mount when you hit any kind of bump in the road.

Yes it will. I have it on my otterbox Defender case.

Yes, it comes with 2 different magnets, one for the back of phone and one for case

If you put the chargeable magnet on the case it should be able to pretty much turn your case into the charger. I have it on my case and it charges every time without an issue.
