A:Answer Twice this happened to me. In my case I called them to request a replacement phone and received it within two days. Then I wiped my cracked phone and put it in the prepaid shipping label/ box/bag to send back to them. Dont forget to send broken phone back to them, they will charge you if you don't (not that much though...it was kinda weird)
