Not on this version. The new version, Personal Cloud, has Plex built in!

You can however store your media on the NAS drive and try have your Plex server on windows point to the NAS location (As a mounted drive). There are some major considerations though. Because content is being streamed over network and then again from plex there will be a performance hit. How much I guess would depend on a bunch of factors like how well your network is setup, how fast your server is and even what kind of content you are trying to stream (e.g. trying to transcode and stream a 4K home video with a high bitrate would be pretty heavy on the system n maybe unplayable even with extreme lag)
