Please try again later.My understanding is that you can access any and all data stored on your Seagate personal cloud by remotely accessing it from their website, then inputting your password. I didn't try a DVD file, but I did access a Word file from my computer while away from home on someone else's wi-fi. My understanding is you can access it from any device as long as you know your password and their website address (which they provide you).

Please try again later.Aside from copyright issues which are your obligation to resolve - the video files on a DVD (VOB, etc) are not easily viewable outside of a DVD player. VLC (Videolan) is the only player I can think of that handles that. The easiest method would be to convert to MP4 using DVDFab or Handbrake and then you could easily stream to most devices. I believe that would be most compatible with Android/Apple/Windows/Linux.
