Can this be in the FAT32 Format ? null

You can format the drive any way you want. Note that the maximum size for a FAT32 partition is 2TB and the maximum size of a file is 4 GB. The drive doesn't restrict how it can be formatted. I've used these in Windows, Macs, Linux with different formats,
