QuestionI have had it for only 10 months and it stopped backing up using Time Machine. It says the disk is full and you have to delete older records in spite of the fact that there is still 1.5 TB left. Is there anything I can do to get it working?

- Answer Sorry don't use crapples. Saving data from a phone like that is best done wireless going to a laptop. If you have OneDrive, it's really easy to do

- Answer For Windows, The drive will backup whatever your software allows. I have used these drives to backup at the partition level and the file level. So yes, if you direct the backup software, it can backup your program files.
