Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The pillow's sleeping surface is 25" x 24" with an incline of 10" at the top. The 25" is the measurement from the small front edge up to the top of the 10" incline. The pillow is 24" wide. It is not a small pillow but it does seem to support your shoulders pretty well.

Some wedge pillows are definitely steeper but I believe this one will help you more as it’s not too much of an adjustment to your normal resting position. I’d advise that you use an additional pillow to help with your neck and less movement if you’re sleeping on it, preferably something with a softer memory foam or design similar to this wedge with the foam/gel mix.Sleeping on it by itself may not be as comfortable as you’d like. Hopefully this helps
