• A:Answer Unfortunately the x160 is not road legal out of the box. Refer to your local laws to see what steps would have to be taken to make it road legal. its worth noting that some owners have had luck converting this into an ebike by installing a 3rd party pedal kit, but once again this all depends on your state's laws regarding ebikes. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer The Segway x160/x260 does not come with pedals. You can buy them from third party companies though online. Mostly sold to meet laws and eBike compliances for the city/town you plan to ride in.

Q: QuestionHow much are the lithium repl. batteries and are they available at this time? Also if the bike has 40 min. of use does this translate to 20 mi. of range since it tops out at 31 mph? 40 min. is 2/3rds of an hour so at 30mph, 20 mi. should be the range.

Q: QuestionDoes Best Buy allow potential purchasers to test drive the Segway dirt bike?

• A:Answer the bike came to us direct from a warehouse in California. There was no way to test drive it before purchasing. A Best Buy customer service rep told me we had 15 days to return if there were issues.

Q: QuestionI have the x160 and i’m wanting to make it street legal, i have pedals on it but i can’t figure out if that makes a difference at all. I live in Jacksonville Florida, Also can i “not use” or “disable” sport mode and make it legal.

• A:Answer I'm about 186+.. really probly 190 and have ben riding for more than 2 years. Only thing that has changed for me is it seam my front shook's might have broken in but they function. So maybe a fork upgrade.. but I see most ppl do this.
