You can make the same changes with the surron as Segway. The Segway has an app to support power and recharge settings whereas the surron requires you to use a plug adapter and pull the break lever X times to make changes. The app shows exact battery charge percentage vs the battery shows bars for levels above 40%. Segway support is ridiculous. My unboxed bike safety feature of turn off the throttle when the break is pulled doesn't work and Segway support said that they tell everyone to disable that safety feature rather replacing or fixing my brand new bike. The second bike I bought has no issues and works correctly. Not sure if Luna cycles or your local Segway bike dealer would have better support or not.
