I would try turning it on, and connecting to the APP without charging it first. Second, plug in the power and unplug quickly and see if it resets it. There are more issues with the G2 than the G30 Max.

Please know that the quality of the new Segway Max G2 is best in class, and I have personally been in our factory to monitor the production of this product (actually posted this on TikTok if you are interested in checking it out). Each one of our products is fully tested before it is even packaged for shipping. Now, Segway is not perfect... electric components do fail even after testing... but your situation is definitely the exception vs. the rule. We appreciate your support as we get this resolved!
