QuestionWhen setting up the scooter on your phone are you able to have more than one scooter setup on one device as I have two scooters and I have 6 people wanting to use it on 6 different devices

- Answer Thanks for asking. You can set up all 6 devices, one at a time, from the same phone after that, you don’t need to connect the device to a phone when using it. However, we recommend all users of all devices take safety tutorials before riding. We recommend connecting to any devices to check firmware updates.

- Answer Yes the scooter is rain resistant. you just have to make sure the cap is on securely over the charging outlet. As far as the seat, an official one from Segway no, aftermarket maybe, but I doubt it.

- Answer i had mine for a few months now and this thing is great. i couldnt be happier....i have no known error.....you will not be disappointed. This thing has more power then i need. The price decent for the quality you are getting. The scooter is well built and sturdy.....i definitely recommend!!! enjoy!!

- Answer Hi KayB, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, I'm not sure which scooter you're referring to with your question. That said, the S2 seat was designed to work with the ES1, ES2, ES3 or ES4 KickScooters. We do offer a seat accessory for the Segway Max KickScooter. Hopefully this will help answer your question.

- Answer If you weigh less than 200 lbs you should get 20 miles in sport mode and the full 15 in standard mode.

- Answer yes , it has 3 sets of speeds , highest speed it can reach is 18mph , its good to start off slow to get a hang of it , and work your way up to faster speeds.

- Answer Most likely not. Airlines in the US have restrictions on the size of Li batteries that you can carry-on to the plane and they don't allow you to stow in the cargo hold due to it being a potential fire hazard.
