Q: QuestionCan you also use this light bulbs as regular light bulbs. I would like to be able to use them with the app or Alexa, but also turn them on and off with the wall switch. I tried it and the bulb started to blink and eventually turned off.

Q: QuestionIf you have Alexa / Echo then is the sengled control hub necessary and/or useful? Im wondering if its worth the extra investment and if so what the benefits are?

• A:Answer These bulbs require the hub in order to be controlled. However, 1 hub can control 60 bulbs. If you don't want the hub you can always go with this bulb: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sengled-a19-wi-fi-smart-led-bulb-white-only/6320348.p?skuId=6320348 This bulb connects directly to your Wi-Fi without the hub. The reason to go with one or the other depends on how many you plan to deploy. The breakeven point at current prices ($40 hub+2 bulbs and $10 for each additional vs $15 each for the hub free version) is 6 bulbs. If you plan to do more than 6 - go with the hub. Less than 6 - go with the hub free version. I currently have 11 bulbs controlled by my hub and plan to add more (I started with 3 bulbs 7 months ago).

Q: QuestionMy hub’s signal doesn’t reach the master bedroom. If I buy another hub, do I have to plug it into the router? Or can I plug it into a WiFi extender?
