• Yes these ear buds can work with all Apple products as long as the product had Bluetooth.

• Try watching a short video on YouTube and make sure that your device is visible in “Settings” “Bluetooth”. After you pair the earbuds you should see the device here. Click on the device to connect. If earbuds are not showing in Bluetooth on IPad then pairing between the earbuds and the IPad has not taken place. Video was only about 5 minutes long. I am an older fellow and apprejlhensive like you but the manufacturers with their technology really make it seem easy. Good luck.
