Maybe try looking up a factory reset or checking your settings. I never touch the power button ñ, they turn on instantly when they are picked up.

I THINK mine auto shuts off after the chosen 15 minutes - BUT - if I as much as nudge them or let's say I take them off and have them in my bag - not on my head - they are always hogging the connection from my phone, I answer on the phone and can't hear anything - and might hear a muffled sound from the headset - wherever it is at the moment... Annoying. Only solution is to actively hold the button long and turn them off physically.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If they stop playing in bluetooth mode and touch pad no longer works, hold power button for at least 20 seconds until the red light appears. Then do a factory reset with the app within settings. Remove all bluetooth settings from phone, tablets... and pair devices. My Momentum 4's started working again. Also, update the firmware using the app.
