- Answer Plugs right into output on the back of the TV. Works great over distances. I used to have to turn sound up too high and it disturbed other family members. Problem solved.

QuestionPlease send a trouble shooting guied. Only one Sennheisi:r head set has been used & worked well, but when it started static i tied the other one & it also was the same. I repaced all the batterys, but it is the same.

- Answer You can try changing the frequency on the base. (There is a small switch on the front of the base that has three different settings). Also the tuner is on the headset.

- Answer Mine is hooked up to my Samsung 65 inch, with no problem. There are different ways to hook it up. One of them should work for you.

- Answer Depends if you are connecting to computer or TV. These easily connect to desktop or Laptop computer with the supplied adapter. They also connect to TVs with an audio out plugs. Unfortunately not all TVs have two speaker out plugs, one that shuts off the TV speakers, and one that lets the TV speakers run at remote volume, and a different headphone volume. You will find that many TVs have one audio out that kills the TV speakers, and a digital out that requires a converter to play TV speakers and Headphones. The Sennheiser RS 175, RS 185 and RS 195 Wireless Headphones have the ability to connect directly to a digital optical output that is outputting a PCM signal (most TV will sense this or provide a setting with the remote). - Answer The Sennheiser RS 175, RS 185 and RS 195 Wireless Headphones have the ability to connect directly to a digital optical output that is outputting a PCM signal (most TV will sense this or provide a setting with the remote). QuestionOld HDR 160 wireless headphones worked fine with my Samsung TV until wire connection broke somewhere in the circuit. New RS135 will not work at all. Only static. What's up? Looks like I need to return them and try something else.

QuestionJust purchased new 135 headphones and am having an issue getting power to the transmitter. Transmitter is plugged into an active power strip along with TV. When phones are placed on transmitter no lights appear on the transmitter. Thanks Keith
