QuestionBought Sennheiser RS 175 TV HPhones few days later I noticed quite a bit of glitching. Bought these because lagging and lip sync with my Sony XM1000 was dreadful $800.00 later realised glitching with Siennheiser OPTICAL only when I moved next to my modem.

QuestionI keep losing sound on one of the earphones. The troubleshooting guide said to check the digital audio cable. I have done that and cleaned the contacts. It worked for awhile but now I have no sound again on one side. Can I get another cable somehow?

- Answer You cannot connect with Bluetooth, you must have an optical splitter to enable connection to the base with a separate optical cable. Then the audio output of the TV must be set to PCM mode for this to work.

- Answer I own only one headphones with my transmitter but according to this site: (https://en-us.sennheiser.com/can-different-wireless-headphones-be-used-with-different-transmitters) you can connect three types: RS 165 and RS 175 and RS 195 with 2 maximum headphones. I hope this helps.
