Did you ever get this figured out or fixed? Mine just started doing the same thing. The pad is not getting wet and it's not using the cleaning solution at all. No error messages or anything like that. It's running and vacuuming, moving the pad back and forth like normal but not using the liquid and actually mopping. I have only ever used the Shark vacmop solution. I looked at the connections and they are not blocked or obstructed. Had a bunch of problems with this thing, since right after we got it. Should've returned it. I've had to factory reset and remap more times than I can count. After a few good runs, it just wouldn't work. It'd start then mop a 3 ft by 6 ft random area over and over like five times then go back to the dock. Finally got it working again and now this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Take out the tank water on the right side of the robot where you clik the tank there is two holes one of them should have a long plastic pice that click on the tank that small plastic price is broken you need to put some plastic pic on the left hole glue it so it can push the other pice that is on the mop tank so it can click and spry water I glue mine and now it's working fine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As per Shark, empty your water reservoir and fill it halfway with hottest of tap water. Let it run until it's empty. This worked GREAT for me and instantly started mopping. And I mean instantly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Also remember to make sure mop pad is pressed against VacMop, not just the Velcro strap but press the whole pad along the bottom. That cured my issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had my shark vacmop for a year now and have never had problems with the vacuum not releasing the liquid until now. After lots of research and patience, I got it working again! I took the advice of others and started by disassembling the vac mop and cleaning it thoroughly. I started with the dustbin and got a pen in there to get out every piece of debris. I then went on to the tank and rinsed it out several times with scalding hot water- shaking it vigorously. I then started blowing (hard) into the 2 valves that have internal tubing. I wiped it clean inside out as much as I could. Reassembled the vac, put it in the dock and pressed clean then, VOILA! After months of no luck, I finally saw that wet sheen behind the vacuum. Hopefully this works for others, as it finally worked for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have a brand-new SHARK RV2610. It did a FABULOUS job of vaccuuming the floor, but could not get the mop function to work. Looked at a bunch of suggestions from others with this NOT UNCOMMON problem. I tried three: 1) emptied the trash compartment. 2) I blew on the tubes to the resovoir. 3) I filled the resovoir with HOT water%One (or all) of those worked, and our robot is now mopping our kitchen floor. I have not yet figured out how to set the battery charge setting for the "return to recharge" for some value other than 60%
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What I noticed is that when you remove the Tank there are two small valves that are on the left side from looking at it from the front. Take a paper clip or something small and make sure that the valve the one closest to the inside is moving backwards and forward. This solved my problem must have been gunked up a little and I freed it. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because of this price is broken glue some plastic pic or it will be inside the hole broken take it out and glut it
