This is a common problem. First issue: do you have long haired pets? If so, your problem is common. The brushes that you see on the front of the machine are for finding obstructions as it navigates its work space, such as a couch that has been moved. The usual cause of error 2 is that pet hair (or thread or yarn, if you sew or knit) has gotten spooled onto the roller brush in the middle of the machine's underside. It is easy to check, as the cover can be easily removed and the roller taken out. the hair or yarn will be wound around one end of the roller. Remove this, put the roller and cover back in place, and clear the error. The machine should work fine. To keep this from happening again, check the roller every two or three times that the machine is used.
