Thank you for your interest in the Shark AI Robot Vacuum. You do have the option to manually move the robot to another level in your home to clean however at this time it does not offer multi-floor mapping.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have no direct experience (single floor home). Our son's house is multiple story and they use their Shark with no problems. Have it map the house. To use, set it on either floor (and I think you have to tell it which floor you put it on) and let it go. For the main floor (where the base unit is, just start it. For the upper floor, take it upstairs and start it. If it comes to the stairway, it stops before it goes over the edge. Details should be in the app documentation.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have multiple levels in my home and found that it will not map out any other level, except for the main level. I move the vacuum to the other levels and let it randomly vacuum. Unfortunately, the history report on the app does not allow me to name the rooms.
