I've had my Shark 600 series for 3 days, and it never went off of 100%. I questioned this bc I have 3 cats and live off a gravel road. So after reading all I could about the Shark purifiers I tried putting it in the kitchen when I was cooking beacon. It was only a few minutes be for it went red. So I know it's working. Have you tried that?

If you are noticing that the unit is always at 100% we recommend moving the air purifier to area such as near your kitchen and see if the air quality changes when you are going about your normal routine such as cooking, dusting etc. If the air purifier continues to stay at 100% we would invite you to reach out to our Product Specialist who can look into this for you.
