Yes. The self cleaning roller will not allow string or hair to wrap around the roller. This vacuum cleaner is powerful and lightweight. I always had a concern about the electrical cord when you wind it up for storage that the cord would become weak. This one has a different way to store it that the cord will stay strong and last. This is my favorite vacuum cleaner i have ever owned.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it self clean just let the vacuum work for a few minutes in the highest speed so it clean the brushes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's exactly what it means. That and it will leave any hardwood floors looking shiney clean.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are glad to assist you with your inquiry. We would like to inform you that this unit does have a self-cleaning brushroll. If you see any hair wrapped around the brushroll, extending cleaning time will assist Zero-M technology in removing it for you. Use carpet mode on a bare floor surface, a low pile carpet, or a small area rug. Run the vacuum back and forth to allow hair to make its way to the dust cup.If some fibers remain wrapped around the brushroll after continued use, remove the brushroll garage lid by sliding both release buttons on top of the floor nozzle away from the brushrolls. Carefully remove any debris from the brushroll. Close the brushroll garage by inserting the 3 tabs on top of the lid into the 3 slots in the nozzle. Then push down firmly on both sides of the lid until it clicks securely into place.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It can, but the brushroll is designed to self clean. I think it would depend on the length and quantity of hair that you're vacuuming up as to how long it takes the brushroll to rid itself of the hair.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I've been using mine for a couple of months and it literally doesnt get anything on the rollers. Other reviews have said different but mine is awesome.
