The "Shark Clean" app is available for at least Android and Apple. I don't know about any others.

You do need a somewhat recent operating system & model but you can find that exact information online. I have an iPhone 12 which it works with.

No you just need to download the Shark app. The QR code is in the instructions or you can look it up in the App Store or Google play.
