A:AnswerAs the original poster of this question, I can say that it doesn't require any WiFi or internet at all to operate the vacuum. I just push the start button when I want it to vacuum and when it's done I just push the "dock" button and it docks itself.
A:AnswerI am not sure what battery it uses but I know that its charge is pretty decent, my apt is 900 sq. ft. and to vacuum the entirety of it it uses roughly 25% battery life. Then it docks and recharges itself.
