• It took me forever to figure this out and not even the shark support team could help me. The Find Robot option is ONLY available while the robot is in cleaning mode. You will see 3 options when viewing the vacuum via the app - Mode, Go to Dock and Find Robot. Once you press the Find Robot button the icon will highlight and change to purple and send out an audible sound. Hopefully, this helps everyone.

• You must have a pretty big house if you can’t find a little shark vacuum. It’s probably hiding under your couch.
