Mine does it to at times maybe it got stuck but took awhile to get itself unstuck it then moves from that area and can’t get back to base in time is what I’m guessing?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Amazing the the “Shark Support” solution is to tell you to contact Shark support. Soooooo, maybe they are not support but a bot ? It would be nice if Shark Support could actually offer a solution. Otherwise their response appears as quite moronic.
