“How do you remove the canister I can't get it to come out”

The canister does not come off the machine. You have to remove the handheld part and then hold it over the trash can and push a button for it to release the dirt. Something of a pain, but I'm getting used to it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You probably figured it out already but the canister does not come out, it opens up from the bottom where you can easily remove the dirt and stuck hair. I normally use one of those cheap latex gloves to remove that stuff. Good luck.

If you need to empty the dust container, you need to disconnect the wand from the hand held portion first. This can be done by pressing the Wand Release button on the front of the wand, where it connects to the hand vac portion. Once the wand is disconnected, take the hand vac to the garbage bin, and then press the Empty button on the side of the dust contacter. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team
