QuestionCan the robot do more than one room when they are at different levels? We have three rooms on one level but they each have a step down.

- Answer You will need to move ut to that floor. Otherwise, it senses it is at a cliff and stops

QuestionDo you have to leave the botstrips down permenantly or does the shark "learn" where the offlimits areas are so that the strips can be taken up?

- Answer That would be very cool if it had the ability to do that. But I do not believe so, when I removed my strip it just started cleaning beyond it.

- Answer We would like to inform you that this robot can work without Wi-Fi. You would need to press the buttons located on the robot to get it to run, however you would not be able to use the app or any features of the unit that would require Wi-Fi. We recommend connecting it to Wi-Fi and pairing it with the Shark App to receive regular updates to the robot and the app. This will ensure that the robot is maintaining optimal performance. You will also be able to set up a cleaning schedule with the app.

- Answer We would like to let you know that the Shark ION Robot has cliff sensors that prevent it from going over stairs or somewhere it shouldn't. Sometimes, they are triggered by especially dark floor or dark and thick carpets. You can try cleaning off the four cliff sensors with a dry cloth, but it is possible your robot will not clean this area of your house.
