• Unfortunately my experience with "extremely" dirty grout is you won't find one that'll help. You'll need to scrub it clean the first time then it will help maintain the cleanliness. If your grout isn't properly sealed, nothing will help.

• Yes, this steam mop will clean grout. For tough areas, the attachments will work better.
