• I purchased a Shark Navigator and was advised the serial number is the four digit number engraved on the prong of the plug. I could not register through the website because it rejected the "serial number." So, emailed Shark Customer Service directly requesting registration help. [email protected] Craig L. Phoenix, AZ

• There us no serial number on my UV440 Shark Navigator Lift-Away DLX purchased on 12/30/2021. I scanned the QR code and registration was completed online.

• The serial number for this vacuum is located underneath the power swith on the left side of the plastic wall with a scan coder on there the serial number will be in bold numbers and letters ex. "S/N ############" on a small squarish sticker
