I am wondering if this vacuum is quiet or not. null

This vacuum is a lot quieter than my old one and quieter than I expected it to be for the power that it has.

It's more quiet than my bagless Hoover.

I think it's fairly quiet as far as vacuum cleaners are concerned. I mean it probably depends what type of vacuum cleaner will suit your needs. At the end of the day if you just want a quiet vacuum cleaner that doesn't suck a lot or you have to empty it all the time then get one of those little rechargeable ones but if you need a big boy I can clean both hardwood floors and carpets and you perhaps have pets and is still amazingly lightweight for the size and the variety of features such as being able to clean underneath things or extendable cleaning hose for dust go with this shark lift away. Comparable to a Dyson and half the price

It's not quiet but I would say the noise is not intolerable type compared to some cheap vacuums I have seen earlier.

All vacuums make noise. . between the motor and the suction you are going to hear something. As for quiet. . it is much quieter than my Dyson Animal . .which has gone to an early retirement since purchasing this vacuum.
