“Nothing is stuck in the brush roll and it is not spinning, how can i remove the bottom plate? what kind of allen key?”

The tool used is not common. It’s a star shape with a round hole in the middle. If the brush doesn’t spin, it could be for a few reasons. Be sure brush roller button is turned on and handle is pulled back. The roller doesn’t spin in the upright position. Sometimes the switch inside the unit will go bad too.
