• A:Answer Seeing as you don't have an answer yet and being as BestBuy would rather you pay them $200 for their two year warranty and that Shark is a 'Web-exclusive' warranty on their site, I would guess not. Be sure BestBuy wants to warranty your product for you especially at the same amount of cost that they 'promote as 'savings' off of normal price. Although that normal price is also what Shark is selling it for on their website. Good luck.

• A:Answer Vacuum + Mop mode uses both dry and wet cleaning functionalities to give your home a deep clean. Your robot will first do a dry cleaning run, vacuuming all carpeted areas mapped in your home. The robot will return to the base, pick up its pad plate, and fill its reservoir. The robot will then start a wet clean. It will automatically lift the mopping pad while traveling over mapped and detected carpets, and mop hard floors. The base will automatically wash and dry the robot mopping pad after each mopping mission. If your robot returns to its base to refill its water reservoir during the mopping mission, the base will also complete a quick wash of the pad. We also recommended cleaning the mop pad in the washing machine every three months, or replacing it as needed.

• A:Answer It depends on the size of your cleaning area. Our house is around 3K sqft & the clean water typically lasts 2-3 cleanings. As far as the dirty water goes, you wouldn't want the dirty water sitting for 30 days. That would smell like a bio hazard at that point. I empty the dirty bin every other day.
