QuestionOn the Shark Rocket vacuum, model #301 26 can I disengage the beaters on the first setting for my hardwood floors or will it alwaysrotate with the beaters light on? The beaters sound like they are going the same speed on both the first and second setting.

- Answer We would like to let you know that the brushroll spins on both setting. However when using the hard floor setting the brushroll will spin at a slower speed.

- Answer For the Shark Rocket, I purchased all pads from Amazon last month. There are 3 sponges/filters that needs to be replace at some point. Amazon sold all 3 as a set.

QuestionOn the newer models of the Shark Rocket, does the low setting disengage the brush? The suction & brush roll on my old model is so strong, even at the low setting, that it has unraveled bathroom throw rugs, so worry about buying another.
