One difference is the color. But the real difference is just in the included accessories. If you google "shark rocket complete HV320 versus HV322" you should find a page with a table of the accessories with each model. IMHO, the 321 is the best value - I wanted the wand tool and the motorized brush. However, if you buy a particular model from a store double-check the box for the accessories included - different stores selling the same model number can have different accessories included. On the shark web site there is a feature so you can compare the models side by side to see the differences.
